Introduction

If you forget your password or want to secure your account, you can reset your Heshket password at any time.
For security reasons, certain actions may be temporarily restricted after a password change.

This guide explains how to reset your password step by step.

Starting the Password Reset

1. Open the Log in page.
2. Enter your email address or phone number.
3. Click Forgot Password.
4. Confirm the password reset request.
    

You may be asked to complete a security check before proceeding.

Security Check

To protect your account, Heshket may require additional verification:

• CAPTCHA verification
• One-time verification code sent to your email or phone
   

If too many requests are made, you may see an Action failed / Too many requests message.
Please wait a few minutes before trying again.

Creating a New Password

1. Enter a new password.
2. Confirm the new password.
3. Ensure the password meets all requirements:
   • Minimum length
   • At least one number
   • At least one uppercase letter

Click Confirm to complete the reset.

Password Reset Confirmation

Once your password is successfully changed:

• You will see a Password changed confirmation.
• Click Log in to access your account with the new password.
   

⚠️ Security notice
To protect your account, withdrawals and certain sensitive actions may be temporarily disabled for up to 24 hours after a password change.

Logging in via Google

Introduction

Heshket supports secure login and registration using your Google account.
This allows faster access without manually entering a password.

Logging in or Registering via Google

1. On the login screen, click Continue with Google.
2. Select your Google account.
3. Confirm access permissions.
   
    

You will be redirected back to Heshket automatically.

Linking an Existing Heshket Account

If your email already exists on Heshket, you will see the Link existing account screen:

1. Enter your registered email or phone number.
2. Confirm linking.
3. Complete verification if required.
    

This ensures your Google account is securely linked to your existing Heshket account.

Creating a New Account via Google

If no existing account is found:

1. A new Heshket account will be created automatically.
2. You will proceed to the onboarding flow.
3. Email or phone verification may still be required.

Logging in via Telegram

Introduction

Heshket allows login and account creation via Telegram for a fast and secure experience.

Connecting Telegram

1. Click Continue with Telegram.
2. Click Connect.
3. You will be redirected to Telegram for authorization.
4. Approve the connection request.

Telegram Authorization

During authorization:

• You may be asked to confirm your phone number
• Telegram will send a confirmation message
• You must approve access to continue
   

Account Selection

After successful authorization, choose one of the following:

• Create new Heshket account
• Link existing Heshket account
   

Follow on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Telegram Restrictions

If you see a message indicating Telegram binding issues:

• The Telegram account may have been recently unlinked
• Please wait until the cooldown period expires before retrying

Stay Logged In Option

After successful login, you may be asked if you want to stay logged in:

• Selecting Yes keeps you logged in on this device for up to 5 days
• Selecting Not now requires login next time
• You can disable this message for the device

Best Practices for Account Security

To keep your Heshket account safe:

• Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Use a strong, unique password
• Do not share verification codes
• Avoid public or shared devices
• Review linked accounts regularly
