Introduction
To fund your Heshket account, you need to make a cryptocurrency deposit.
For security and compliance reasons, deposits are available only to verified users.
This guide explains how to make an on-chain deposit on Heshket and highlights important requirements you must follow to ensure your funds are credited successfully.
Deposit Requirements
Before making a deposit, please note the following:
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory
Deposits are available only after successful verification
Each token and network has its own minimum deposit amount
Some networks require additional identifiers (e.g. Memo)
Unverified Users
If your account is not verified:
You will see a notification indicating that identity verification is required
Deposit functionality will be unavailable
You must complete KYC before proceeding
To continue, please complete identity verification from your account settings.
Verified Users: On-Chain Deposit Process
Once your account is verified, follow these steps to make a deposit:
Step 1: Select a Token
Open the Deposit section
Choose the token you want to deposit from the dropdown list
Step 2: Select a Network
Select the appropriate blockchain network from the dropdown list
Make sure the selected network matches the network you use to send funds
⚠️ Sending funds via the wrong network may result in permanent loss.
Step 3: Get the Deposit Address
You can receive your deposit address in one of the following ways:
Copy the generated wallet address
Scan or share the QR code
Send funds to this address from your external wallet or exchange.
Minimum Deposit Amount
Each token has a minimum deposit amount
The minimum amount varies depending on the token and network
Deposits below the minimum amount may not be credited
Always check the minimum deposit requirement before sending funds.
Generating a New Deposit Address
If needed, you can generate a new deposit address:
Click Generate new address
A new address will be created for the selected token and network
Use only the newly generated address for future deposits
Deposits Requiring a Memo
Some networks (for example, TON) require an additional Memo or Destination Tag.
The Memo is a unique identifier used to credit funds to your account
Both the address and Memo must be entered correctly
⚠️ Important
If you send funds:
without a Memo
or with an incorrect Memo
your deposit may not be credited automatically.
What to Do If Funds Are Not Credited
If you sent funds without a Memo or entered an incorrect Memo:
Do not attempt to resend the transaction
Contact Heshket Support via the Help Center
Provide transaction details (TXID, token, network, amount)
Support will assist you in recovering the funds where possible.
Best Practices for Deposits
To ensure a successful deposit:
Complete KYC before depositing
Double-check the selected token and network
Always verify the minimum deposit amount
Use the correct Memo when required
