Introduction
This article explains how to place buy and sell orders on the Heshket exchange using the spot trading interface.
Heshket provides a professional trading experience similar to Binance and supports advanced order types such as TP/SL and Iceberg orders.
Step 1: Log in to Your Heshket Account
Go to heshket.io and log in to your account.
Make sure your account is fully verified (KYC) to access trading features.
Ensure you have sufficient balance in your spot wallet.
Step 2: Open the Spot Trading Page
From the main menu, select Trade → Spot.
The trading interface will open, displaying:
Price chart
Order book
Buy / Sell panel
Open orders and order history
Step 3: Select a Trading Pair
Use the search bar to find a trading pair (for example, BTC/USDT).
Click on the desired pair.
Market data and the order book will update automatically.
Step 4: Choose Order Type
Heshket supports the following order types:
TP/SL Order (Take Profit / Stop Loss)
A TP/SL order allows you to automatically close a position when the price reaches a predefined level — either to lock in profit or limit losses.
Iceberg Order
An Iceberg order splits a large order into multiple smaller visible orders, reducing market impact and helping maintain price stability.
Step 5: Placing a TP/SL Buy or Sell Order
In the trading panel, select TP/SL.
Choose Buy or Sell.
Enter:
Trigger Price – the price at which the order is activated
Order Price – the execution price
Amount – quantity to buy or sell
Review the estimated total.
Click Buy or Sell to confirm.
Once the trigger price is reached, the system automatically places the order on your behalf.
Step 6: Placing an Iceberg Order
Select Iceberg in the order type section.
Choose Buy or Sell.
Enter:
Total Order Size – full amount you want to trade
Visible Amount – portion shown in the order book
Order Price
Confirm the order.
The exchange will gradually place small visible orders until the full amount is executed.
Step 7: Monitor Your Orders
Scroll down to Open Orders to see active orders.
You can:
Track execution progress
Cancel any open order
Completed orders appear in Order History.
Order Status Overview
Open — order is active and waiting
Partially Filled — part of the order has been executed
Filled — order completed successfully
Cancelled — order cancelled by the user
Important Notes
✔ Ensure sufficient balance before placing orders
