Heshket Beginner’s Guide

Welcome to Heshket! This beginner’s guide will help you get started with your crypto journey in a few simple steps — from creating your account to trading your first asset.

Follow the steps below to begin confidently and securely on Heshket.

📌 Step 1: Create Your Heshket Account

1. Visit heshket.io on web or open the Heshket mobile app.

2. Click Sign Up / Register.

3. Enter your email address or phone number.

4. Set a strong password.

5. Agree to the Terms of Use and tap Continue.

Once completed, you can log in and access the platform dashboard.

Step 2: Complete Identity Verification (KYC)

To unlock full features on Heshket, complete the identity verification process:

1. Go to Profile → Identity Verification.

2. Enter your personal information.

3. Upload a valid government-issued ID.

4. Complete facial verification if prompted.

Verification typically takes a few minutes. When done, your account limits will be increased and you’ll have full access to trading capabilities.

 Step 3: Deposit Crypto or Funds

To start trading:

Crypto Deposit

1. Go to Wallet → Find token in search → Deposit

2. Select the asset you want to deposit (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDT).

3. Copy your Heshket deposit address.

4. Send funds from an external wallet to this address.

Step 4: Start Trading

Now that your wallet has funds, you can place your first trade.

1. Go to Assets → Spot.

2. Choose a trading pair (e.g., BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT).

3. Select the order type — for example:

   • TP/SL (Take Profit / Stop Loss)

   • Iceberg
     (Heshket currently supports TP/SL and Iceberg order types.)

4. Enter your price and quantity.

5. Click Buy or Sell to submit your order.

Your trade will execute according to market conditions and your order type settings.

Step 5: Secure Your Account

Protect your Heshket account with the following security features:

• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

• Set up anti-phishing codes

• Use whitelisted withdrawal addresses

• Regularly update your password

Security comes first — always safeguard your login and verification information.

Step 6: Check Your Orders & History

You can manage your activity from the dashboard:

• Open Orders — view orders that are still pending.

• Order History — check all completed trades.

• Transaction History — track deposits and withdrawals.

• Balance Overview — see current holdings in all supported assets.
