Introduction
When you deposit or withdraw cryptocurrency, you might occasionally notice that the funds have not arrived in your wallet yet. In such cases, you should check the transaction status on the blockchain using the transaction ID (TxID) (also called a transaction hash).
On Heshket, you can view the transaction record and open the TxID link directly from your account.
Step 1: Find the Transaction and TxID on Heshket
- Log in to your Heshket account.
- Go to Wallet (or Assets) and open Transaction History (or Deposit/Withdrawal History).
- Select the relevant Deposit or Withdrawal record.
- Copy the TxID or click the TxID link to open the transaction on the blockchain explorer.
Depending on the network used for the transaction, Heshket will redirect you to the corresponding blockchain explorer (for example, Etherscan for Ethereum-compatible networks).
Step 2: Check the Transaction Status on the Blockchain Explorer
Below are common transaction status examples for popular networks and what they usually mean.
1. Ethereum and Other EVM Networks
Ethereum-style explorers commonly show statuses such as Fail, Dropped & Replaced, or Success.
To check your tx status you need to visit https://etherscan.io/ and just put a tx id in format (example: 0x7a1b2f9c0d8e3a4b5c6d7e8f9a0b1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8d9e0f1a2b3c4d5e6f7a8b)
1.1 Status: “Fail”
This means the transaction was unsuccessful and did not complete on-chain.
What you can do:
- If you are depositing to Heshket, you will need to contact the sender or the platform/wallet where the withdrawal was initiated.
- If you are withdrawing from Heshket, contact Heshket Customer Support and provide the transaction details.
1.2 Status: “Dropped & Replaced”
This usually means the original transaction was replaced by another transaction (often with a higher fee) due to network conditions.
What you can do:
- Contact the sender/platform that initiated the withdrawal and ask for the new TxID.
1.3 Status: “Success”
This means the transaction is complete on-chain.
What you can do:
- Check whether the funds have arrived in the recipient wallet/account.
- If the status is “Success” but the funds are still not credited on Heshket, verify:
- You selected the correct network
- The deposit address is correct
- The transaction has the required confirmations (if applicable)
If everything is correct and the funds still do not appear, contact Heshket Customer Support and provide the TxID.
2. Bitcoin Network (BTC)
On Bitcoin explorers, you will typically see a confirmation count.

TX ID example: 4b8e1f0c9c7a6a2d3f4e5a1187c9b1d0a2f3c4e5b6a7d8c9e0f1a2b3c4d5e6f7
If the transaction is not fully confirmed
The transaction may still be pending confirmations.
What you can do:
- Wait until the transaction receives sufficient confirmations (the required number can vary).
- Once confirmed, check whether the funds have arrived in the recipient wallet/account.
If the transaction is confirmed but funds are not received
What you can do:
- Confirm you sent to the correct address.
- Confirm the deposit network and asset type match the deposit address.
- If correct, contact Heshket Customer Support with the TxID.
3. Tron Network (TRC20)
Tron explorers often show both a network confirmation status and a result.
Tronscan: https://tronscan.org/
TXID example: 0daa9f2507c4e79e39391ea165bb76ed018c4cd69d7da129edf9e95f0dae99e2
Status: “CONFIRMED” and Result: “FAIL”
This generally means the transaction was processed, but it failed to complete as intended (for example, due to insufficient resources or contract execution failure).
What you can do:
- Contact the sender/platform you withdrew from for assistance.
Status: “CONFIRMED” and Result: “SUCCESS”
This means the transaction was successful.
What you can do:
- Check whether the funds have arrived in the recipient wallet/account.
- If not credited on Heshket despite success, contact Heshket Customer Support with the TxID.
4. Solana Network (SOL)
Solana explorer: https://solscan.io/
Solana TXID example: 3peYp2Ejjg8KypyQcFXmohqoJAQ3u91Jz77CXDuBK5y5wg5JpEu1yGK3F9yUr4dVTZHDNdoggtYAPGn4LiS8ELoU
Solana explorers may show states such as processed/confirmed/finalized.
- If the transaction is not finalized, it may still be in progress.
- If it is finalized but not reflected on Heshket, verify the address and network selection and contact support with the TxID/signature.
5. XRP Ledger (XRP)
XRP Scan: https://xrpscan.com/
XRP TXID example: 20BD088212F1E1D181F8BC1120A66E64098853AA8A0E35CB1E1B78577BB741CD
XRP transactions typically show whether they are validated and may also include a destination tag/memo when applicable.
What you should verify:
- The destination address is correct
- Any required memo/tag (if applicable) was included correctly
If the transaction is validated but funds are not credited, contact Heshket Customer Support with the TxID and transaction details.
Important Notes
- Always confirm you selected the correct network when depositing or withdrawing.
- A transaction can be successful on-chain but still not credited if the network, asset, address, or required additional identifier (memo/tag) is incorrect.
- In case of issues, providing the TxID is the fastest way for support to investigate.
