Introduction
Withdrawing funds from Heshket is a simple process that allows you to transfer your assets from your Heshket account to an external wallet or platform.
This article explains how to make a withdrawal, what information is required, and what to check before confirming the transaction.
Before You Withdraw
Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure that:
- You are logged in to your Heshket account
- Your identity verification (KYC) is completed (if required)
- Your account security settings are enabled
- You have sufficient available balance for withdrawal
- You are using the correct network and wallet address
Incorrect network or address selection may result in permanent loss of funds.

You will need to provide:
- Recipient wallet address

The system will automatically display:

For security purposes, you may be asked to complete additional verification steps, such as:

- Phone verification (if enabled)
Step 5: Track Withdrawal Status
After submission, you can track your withdrawal:
- Go to Assets → Pick token in Balances → Send
- Pick one of two methods:
- Send to Heshket users - 0-fees internal transaction
- On-chain withdraw - blockchain transactions with dynamic fee.
- Write address
- Select needed network
- Write needed amount or click on Max to send max amount.
Once the transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, you can track it directly via the blockchain explorer using the TxID.
Withdrawal Status Explained
- Processing — withdrawal request is being reviewed or prepared
- Completed — withdrawal has been successfully sent to the blockchain
- Failed / Cancelled — withdrawal was not completed
Network confirmation times may vary depending on blockchain conditions.
Important Notes
- Withdrawal fees are dynamic and depend on network conditions.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.
- Once a withdrawal is submitted and broadcast to the blockchain, it cannot be reversed.
- Always double-check wallet addresses and network selection.
Common Reasons for Withdrawal Delays
- Network congestion
- Additional security checks
- Incorrect or missing memo/tag
- Temporary system maintenance
If a transaction is completed on-chain but funds are not received, verify the address and network first.
