Introduction
If you withdrew cryptocurrency from your Heshket account but have not yet received it in the destination wallet, this guide explains the possible reasons and what steps you can take to check the status and resolve the issue.
When transferring funds externally, a withdrawal must be successfully broadcast to the blockchain and confirmed by the network before it is credited to the receiving address.
1. Withdrawal Is Still Processing
When you submit a withdrawal request, it enters a processing state while Heshket prepares and broadcasts the transaction to the blockchain. This may take some time due to internal review or network conditions.
To check the status on Heshket:
- Log in to your Heshket account.
- Navigate to Assets → Transaction History (or Withdrawal History).
- Find the relevant withdrawal and check the Status.
If the status shows Processing, please wait for the network confirmations to complete.
2. Withdrawal Has Been Completed on Blockchain
If the status shows Completed, it means that Heshket has successfully broadcast your withdrawal transaction to the blockchain.
Once the transaction is on the blockchain:
- You can click or copy the TxID (Transaction ID) to view the transaction details on a blockchain explorer.
- Network confirmations are required before the funds appear in the destination wallet. The number of required confirmations depends on the blockchain network and the receiving platform.
If you do not see the funds in your wallet even after the transaction is confirmed, verify the following:
- The receiving wallet supports the token you withdrew.
- You used the correct network for the transfer.
- The destination address was entered correctly.
If all details are correct and there are still no funds, contact the support team of the receiving wallet or exchange with the TxID.
3. Why My Withdrawal Has Not Been Credited Yet
When transferring funds from Heshket to another wallet or exchange, the process generally involves:
- Withdrawal request on Heshket
- Blockchain network confirmation
- Deposit processing on receiving platform
Although Heshket broadcasts the transaction to the blockchain, the time it takes for the receiving wallet or exchange to credit the funds varies by network and platform:
- Different blockchains require different numbers of confirmations before the receiving platform credits funds.
- Some wallets or exchanges may have additional internal processing steps.
During periods of high network activity or congestion, confirmations may take longer than usual.
4. How to Check the Transaction Status on Blockchain
After the withdrawal shows Completed in Heshket:
- Go to Assets → Transaction History.
- Locate the completed withdrawal.
- Click or copy the TxID (transaction hash).
- Paste the TxID into a blockchain explorer that supports the asset’s network.
You will see detailed information such as:
- Confirmation count
- Block height
- Status (confirmed/unconfirmed)
If the transaction is unconfirmed, please wait until it receives enough confirmations.
If the transaction has enough confirmations but funds still do not appear at the destination, contact the receiving platform’s support with the TxID.
5. When to Contact Heshket Support
You should contact Heshket Customer Support if:
- No TxID is generated within TBA after confirming the withdrawal.
- The withdrawal status remains in an unexpected state for an extended time.
- You see an error message related to the withdrawal on Heshket.
- You need help interpreting blockchain confirmation statuses.
When contacting support, include:
- Withdrawal asset and network
- Withdrawal amount
- Wallet address
- Time of the request
- TxID (if available)
Providing this information helps the support team investigate your case more efficiently.
Important Notes
- Always verify the network compatibility before making a withdrawal.
- Funds sent to an incompatible network or incorrect address may be lost permanently and cannot be recovered.
- The number of required network confirmations depends on the blockchain and receiving platform.
- Transaction confirmation times depend on blockchain traffic and miner/validator activity.
Please make sure that the receiving platform/wallet supports the token you are withdrawing and the network you are using. If you are unsure, please check with the receiving platform/wallet before making a withdrawal, or your assets might be lost and cannot be recovered.
Summary
- Processing Status: Withdrawals may take time to broadcast and confirm.
- Completed Status: A TxID is generated — check the blockchain for confirmation progress.
- Confirmation Delays: Receiving platforms may take additional time to credit funds after network confirmations.
