Reporting bugs helps improve the stability and security of the Heshket platform. Alpha testers are encouraged to report any issues they encounter during testnet usage.
What Should Be Reported?
You should report:
Application errors or crashes
Incorrect balances or transaction behavior
UI or UX issues
Performance problems
Unexpected or inconsistent behavior
How to Submit a Bug Report
When reporting a bug, include the following information:
A clear description of the issue
Steps to reproduce the problem
Expected result vs actual result
Screenshots or screen recordings (if available)
Transaction hash (TxID), if applicable
Providing detailed information helps the team investigate issues more efficiently.
Important Notes
Duplicate reports may be merged
Not all reported issues may be fixed immediately
Testnet issues do not qualify for compensation
