How to Make a Withdrawal on Heshket

Withdrawing assets allows users to transfer funds from their Heshket account either to an external blockchain address or to another Heshket user. Heshket supports both on-chain and off-chain withdrawals.

Before You Start

Before making a withdrawal, please ensure that:

• Your account has successfully completed Identity Verification (KYC)

• You have sufficient balance for the withdrawal

• You understand the difference between on-chain and off-chain transfers

Withdrawals are not available for accounts without completed KYC verification.

How to Access the Withdrawal Page

To start a withdrawal:

1. Log in to your Heshket account

2. Go to Assets

3. Select Send

You will see two available withdrawal options.

Option 1: On-Chain Transfer

An on-chain withdrawal sends assets to an external wallet via a blockchain transaction.

How It Works

1. Select On-chain transfer

2. Choose the asset

3. Enter the recipient’s wallet address

4. Select the blockchain network

5. Enter the amount

Once submitted, the transaction will be broadcast to the blockchain and processed by the network.

Option 2: Off-Chain Transfer (To Another Heshket User)

An off-chain withdrawal allows you to send assets internally to another Heshket user without using the blockchain.

1. Select Off-chain transfer

2. Choose the asset

3. Enter the recipient’s Heshket ID

4. Enter the amount

5. Confirm the transfer

How to Find Your Heshket ID

To locate your Heshket ID:

1. Go to the Home page

2. Click on the account icon

3. Your Heshket ID will be displayed in the account details

This ID is required for receiving off-chain transfers from other users.

Important Notes

• Always double-check wallet addresses and networks for on-chain transfers

• On-chain transactions are irreversible once confirmed

• Sending assets to an incorrect address or network may result in permanent loss

• Testnet withdrawals use test tokens and have no real-world value
