Check the basics first
Before trying anything else, please make sure that:
- The entered email address or phone number is correct
- Your internet connection is stable
- You are checking the correct channel:
- Email inbox (and Spam / Promotions folders)
- SMS messages on your phone
If you are not receiving the code via email
- Check the Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
- Make sure your email provider is not blocking automated messages.
- Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting a new code.
- Click Resend code and try again.
- If possible, try signing in or registering using a different email address.
If you are not receiving the code via SMS
- Make sure your phone number was entered without the country code.
- Check that your phone has network coverage and can receive SMS messages.
- Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting a new code.
- Restart your phone and request the code again.
- If the issue persists, try using email verification instead.
Still not receiving the code?
If none of the steps above helped:
- Contact Heshket Support via the Help Center
- Provide:
- Your email address or phone number
- The time when you tried to receive the code
- The type of verification (sign up, sign in, withdrawal, etc.)
